• Manufacturing Defects: We stand by our work. If there are any manufacturing defects outside of the natural inherent characteristics of reclaimed wood (stabilized cracks, knotholes, etc.) we will make it right.

• Other Returns: For all other returns, we will consider each case individually, taking into account customer satisfaction and shipping costs.

• Our Commitment: We are a small company of a couple of real people who enjoy making furniture for those who appreciate it. We understand that you are a person too, not just a customer. We are not some large corporate entity that will point you to a random return policy hidden on our website. We take pride in making people happy with our furniture, and if that necessary goal isn't met, we take it to heart. So, contact us with any return questions, and we would be happy to talk.
